Frequently asked questions

Court Bookings?

Select your preferred date from the calendar, choose available time slots, fill in your details, and confirm your booking. You'll receive a reference number - take a screenshot and message us on Messenger to complete your reservation.

How much does it cost to book a court?

Each court slot costs ₱350 per hour for 6 AM - 4 PM, while ₱400 per hour for 4 PM - 3 AM (WEEKDAYS). ₱400/hr 6 AM - 4PM; 🌙 ₱450/hr 4 PM - 2 AM (WEEKENDS). You can book multiple slots at once for extended play time.

Is parking space available?

We offer 8–10 on-site parking spaces for our guests. If our parking area is full, don't worry; we have partner parking areas nearby that are just a short walk from SOLTERRA.

Do you provide equipment?

Yes! We have paddles and balls available for rent. (Per Paddle - ₱100/per use)

Weather Disturbance Policy

In case of weather disturbances during your scheduled booking, you may contact us within your reserved hour to request a rebooking to another available time or date. Rebooking requests due to weather are subject to schedule availability.

Before you book

Cancellation policy

Please read our cancellation policy before confirming your booking.

  1. Confirmed bookings are final. No cancellations or non-refundable. RAIN POLICY is subject to reschedule.

  2. If you can't attend, you may transfer your booking to another player.

  3. If you're taking over someone else's booking, verify the Reference No. and original booker's name with SOLTERRA before making any payment to avoid scams.

  4. Any payment arrangement between the original booker and the replacement player is their responsibility.
